General objectives :

• Support, through learning, the educacional, professional and personal development in the fields of education, training and sport in Europe
• Contribute to sustainable growth, quality jobs, social cohesion, promotion of innovation and strengthening of the European identity
• This programs help to set up an European area of education, and European stragtegic cooperation

Specific objectives :

• Promote the mobility of individuals at the level of organisations and policies in the field of education and training
• Promote mobility for learning
• Promote mobility for sport staff learning
