The next “I manage and develop my company” training course starts soon !

As part of the WE’RE IN ! project, the “I manage and develop my business” training course will take place on November 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th, 2021 for a total of 30 hours at Saint-Etienne-de-Montluc. The course offers 20 places for women entrepreneurs.

The aim of this training course is to provide a global vision of the different functional areas of a company, so as to be able to identify market opportunities and develop a business plan.

What does the training include ?
The course is structured around 5 main points, which our speakers will explain in a simplified and entertaining way during the group workshop.

These points are as follows :

• Starting the business project
• Human resources management
• Marketing and sales management
• Economic and financial management
• Business plan
